Residential dryer vent cleaning
A dryer vent needs access behind the dryer and a safe route to clean the line. Tell us which floor your dryer is on and where the vent exits outside.
Pricing
- First floor or basement dryer: $175 for up to 25 ft.
- Second floor or higher dryer: $210 for up to 25 ft.
- Additional length over 25 ft: $7 per foot.
- Bird nest removal: $95.
- Bird guard/cap installation: $95 when exterior access permits.
- Flexible pipe replacement: $45–$65.
Access and scheduling
We need access behind the dryer and to the exterior vent exit. A vent that exits high above the ground may require attic access. A cap can only be installed from the outside. Please describe the vent's location and approximate height when requesting an estimate. We will confirm whether the line is accessible before booking.
We do not remove and reinstall dryers. If a stacked unit blocks rear access, we may be unable to perform a complete cleaning.
